Tumbling is the execution of acrobatic movements such as rolls, flips, handsprings, spins, etc. We teach these skills through building a solid foundation of the fundamental shapes and movements executed in each skill, and breaking down skills into small parts to develop an understanding of each piece in a controlled, safe environment with soft landings!
Our tumbling classes run throughout the year, with regular assessments by coaches to determine when athletes are ready to advance to the next class. Our classes are broken down based on the cheerleading levelled structure, with a more focused approach on level 1 and 2 by breaking them down into multiple classes.
This is a Parent and Tot class that is designed to introduce toddlers to sport. Children participate in tumbling stations that develop gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and body awareness while also learning to participate in a class, take turns, and socialize with their peers. Parents are encouraged to participate with their child for them to benefit the most from this class.
